Stress

Hypnotherapy can help with stress

Stress is how our bodies react when we feel challenged or threatened. It’s basically our bodies working to protect us by telling us to respond quickly where there is perceived danger. Money or health worries can also lead to feelings of stress. It is something that most of us will experience at some point but can usually deal with. However, if stress builds it can affect our behaviour. Irritability, worry, anger, feeling tearful or seriously lacking motivation can be some of the symptoms. And if it builds up over a long time the symptoms can be more severe.

 

Using relaxation techniques and hypnotherapy are tools to help you feel less stressed. Through a course of sessions, you will develop methods of managing your stress to help you feel calm and in control. Hypnotherapy can build the tools you need to get through some of life’s challenges.
